Smile, breathe and decide to start slowly. What we do every day is far more important than what we do every now and again. The good news is that as a full member you can do a live (or catch up later) shred with me every day. 

TRUTH: just turning up for the first few days is progress. Simply watching live is progress. Joining the group, making an introduction and saying hello is all part of the transformation.

Who’s it for?

Anyone can join in, but you’ll probably feel most at home if you’re aged between 40 and 55. I’m edging towards 50 myself now, so you’ll be at home with me.

Scott Graham
Scott’s my long-suffering husband, Scott is a 4th Dan Master in Taekwondo and former British Champion and European Bronze Medallist, he has completed numerous marathons as well as the Scott Snowdonia full marathon and is a keen mountain walker.

There is nothing he doesn’t know about fitness and nutrition and loves to motivate and help others see weakness as a key to strength!

Alan Twigg
Alan is my brother and lives in Tenerife. He helps and has been practising Yoga and meditation for over 4 years. He’s the author of a book and creator of an online course about the benefits of a plant-based diet
