Jo Graham. Why You can count on me.

My husband Scott and I have spent most of our adult life inspiring children and adults through our martial arts lessons, and have coached taekwondo in the community now since 1996.
I’ve been teaching and coaching fitness for almost 25 years. I’m certainly here to stay.
I’m a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, a marathon runner, coach and fitness trainer for over twenty years, a kick-boxing student and I’ve been doing online workouts every day since 2020.

Scott’s my long-suffering husband, Scott is a 4th Dan Master in Taekwondo and former British Champion and European Bronze Medallist, he has completed numerous marathons as well as the Scott Snowdonia full marathon and is a keen mountain walker.
There is nothing he doesn’t know about fitness and nutrition and loves to motivate and help others see weakness as a key to strength!
