5-Day Menopause Challenge

A Huge welcome to my FREE 5-Day “Menopause Mood-Booster Challenge”

My name is Jo Graham and I’m a black belt in taekwondo and have taught fitness for over 20 years. I’m so excited to have you with us because over the course of 5 days we are going to strengthen our cores and get fitter, stronger and more healthy.

But at the same time we are going to be tackling many of the symptoms of menopause. We are going to boost our mood, lift our energy and set ourselves firmly on track to feel better.

If menopause has left you lacking motivation, disturbed your sleep, affected your mood and left you eating rubbish then this challenge is for you.
