Jo Graham and Alan Twigg

About

Jo Graham

My name is Jo Graham. I was born in Sheffield in 1975 and I’ve had quite a journey that’s taken me from hiding in bushes to avoid sports at school to lacing up my trainers for the London Marathon and becoming a black-belt in Taekwondo.

Together with my husband Scott, we have coached taekwondo in the community since 1996. Scott is a 4th-dan black belt in taekwondo and I’m a 3rd-dan black belt. We’re both marathon runners and fitness instructors.

My biggest discovery came during the lockdown when I launched an online fitness program for women over 40. I discovered just how much I love helping women like you feel fantastic about themselves. It’s not about the creams or the scales, it’s about feeling fantastic from the inside out.

Since 2020, I have been running daily online fitness lessons for women over 40 and coaching several taekwondo lessons for kids weekly. Through these sessions, I’ve helped thousands of women establish regular exercise habits and can’t wait to help more.

I left my regular job last year to dedicate my life to the Ageless Fitness Method, and here we are! So, are you ready to transform your life with just one small habit? Let’s do this!

I’m Alan Twigg. I’m married and father of four children and five grandchildren. Born into a working-class family from Sheffield, I’ve lived in the UK, Germany, the Canary Islands and now in Portugal.

I speak three languages. I’m naturally enthusiastic and I have always wanted to enjoy and get the most out of life. Perhaps it’s because of this that I have always been fascinated by health.

I’ve been on an amazing life journey and have experienced so many different jobs, and cultures and met so many interesting people. I currently live in Lagos in the Algarve region of Portugal. In addition to building the “Ageless Vitality and Ageless Fitness” Methods together with my sister Joanne, I also organize Argentine Tango events in the Canary Islands. I’m a passionate dancer and DJ of Argentine Tango, I play golf, practice yoga and exercise daily.

At the age of 50, after reading “How Not to Die,” I was convinced of the benefits of a plant-based diet. Determined to make a change. Drawing on past experiences, I developed a plan to transition to a vegan lifestyle. Within six weeks, I experienced remarkable improvements in my health and energy levels. I discovered delicious vegan recipes and became more aware of global issues. Today, I am happier, healthier, and more at peace. I am setting an example and making a difference in the world.

I wish I had made the change earlier. I’m grateful to my daughter for guiding me on this transformative journey.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey.
