I’ve not really introduced myself yet. My name is Jo Graham and I’m a black belt in Taekwondo, a marathon runner and a fitness coach of over 20 years. But I’m also a normal mum of two who lives in Sheffield in the north of England.

I run a fantastic online community of normal women just like you. We all help each other to stay motivated and on track.
