Just 15 minutes a day is all we need to feel better and help us to get back into shape. What’s more, it’s fun! You can look forward to a daily shred that’s simple, down-to-earth and motivational.
Whether we want to get back into shape, improve our fitness or get stronger, starting and maintaining a daily routine is key. So we want to make it EASY!
To ensure success we need to start where we are, do what we can. Getting started and building a short easy-to-do workout into our routine is the only thing that matters at the beginning. Other larger successes will follow, but we have to get started.
Hi, I’m Jo Graham
I’m a fourty-five-year-old mother of two. I have spent most of my adult life inspiring kids and adults through our martial arts lessons, and have coached taekwondo in the community now since 1996.
I’m a 3rd dan black belt in taekwondo, marathon runner and fitness instructor.
I’ve been teaching sports and fitness to adults and children since 1996 through our martial arts lessons and kick-ass training program. I’ve taught in schools, gyms, church halls and now at home. Don’t worry, you’re in good hands.
Yes I am a 3rd Dan in Taekwondo but this didn’t come easy, I was never a natural, it took me a massive amount of effort, it literally took years of dedication to get there, but got there because I refused to give up, no matter how many times I failed, at a kick, a block, a punch I kept trying, and thats what its all about trying it’s all about getting to that finish line and being proud that you got there.
I have run a huge number of half and full marathons and was even featured on the BBC after rescuing a fellow runner in the London Marathon.

Who’s it for?
Anyone can join in, but you’ll probably feel most at home if you’re aged between 40 and 60. I’m edging towards 50 myself now, so you’ll be at home with me.
You just won’t believe what a difference 15-minutes a day can make. Workouts are good for improving mood, boosting energy and getting back in shape. That’s amazing!

Jo Graham’s Shred Team
My mission in life is to motivate others and to help them feel good about themselves. I am a 3rd Dan in Taekwondo, a fitness instructor and an experienced marathon runner, but I am also a normal mum of 2 kids.
I run a live online workout 6 days a week at 6.30am and challenges to get people moving and the positive vibes flowing!
Alan is my brother and lives in Tenerife. He helps and has been practising Yoga and meditation for over 4 years.
You can join him every week for Flexibility Friday where he’ll be taking you through some stretches and sharing a bit of the sunshine from the Canary Islands.
Scott is my long suffering husband, Scott is a 4th Dan Master in Taekwondo and former British Champion and European Bronze Medallist, he has completed numerous marathons as well as the Scott Snowdonia full marathon and is a keen mountain walker.
There is nothing he doesn’t know about fitness and nutrition and loves to motivate and help others see weakness as a key to strength!
I am delighted that we have Lea as part of our Team, Lea is my niece, she lives in Germany and is a qualified yoga teacher and qualified plant-based nutritionist. Starting in January, she’s going to be doing a weekly yoga session in the online group.
We are really lucky to have Lea with us and you can look forward to a professional yoga session that will leave you feeling relaxed and energized.
