FREE “Couch to Kick It” Online Course: With Jo and Scott Graham (former Taekwondo British Champion and European Bronze Medallist), with over 25 years experience.

On Monday the 15th of March we are starting a live 5-Day Online course called “Couch to Kick it”. It’s free to join and participate. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a live workout with Jo Graham, a 3rd Dan black belt and gain knowledge from her husband Scott Graham, former British taekwondo champion.

It’s a chance to learn and practice the basic techniques including, blocks, kicks and punches from experienced trainers with years and years of coaching under their belts. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE, even those with no experience!!

It’s for women over 40 who have always been active, but have let it slip a bit recently.

It’s for people like me who enjoy the feeling of completing a daily exercise and doing something for their fitness every day.

We’ve put together 5 sessions that designed to give an insight into just how great it can feel to kick like a girl or a woman and It’s going to be fun, informative and beneficial.

While we can’t learn taekwondo overnight, we can get a feel for just how beneficial martial arts are, not just for health and fitness but for focus as well. Martial arts are recognised as being fantastic for mental health.

All the moves are based on anaerobic fitness, which is the same as HIIT exercises. We are offering this FREE course to see if we can encourage more women to get involved in kicking like a girl.
