Our Journey Begins Here

All we need is 15-minutes a day for 5 days to win back our motivation, get our entire body moving again and blast some fat!
We CAN feel younger, healthier, and more flexible. Often it’s just about getting started. My latest “Blast Your Body” challenge is about kick-starting our journey to feeling better, moving better, sleeping better and looking better.
Each session will take place in the “Blast Your Body” Facebook Group. We will encourage and support each other to reach the finish line and be proud.
Over 5 days, we are going to move our entire bodies, strengthen our cores, tone our legs, improve our arms, regain some flexibility and blast some fat. But most importantly we are going to find our motivation and progress towards forming a healthy lasting habit.

Who is it for?

It’s for women over 40 who have always been active but have let it slip a bit recently.
It’s also for those that are time-limited but want to do something that fits into the daily chaos. It’s for women who are struggling with menopause, for those looking for motivation and for those who just fancy doing something a little different and unique.
In just five days we are going to achieve: A fitter and stronger body from the core to the legs, arms and back. We are also going to enjoy that fabulous feeling of knowing that we have got to the finish line!

We will Start slowly and finish strong!

15 minutes a day, each day will bring a new challenge, pushing you a little bit out of your comfort zone, by Day 5 you will be pushed to your own limits, but ultimately you will be STRONGER, PROUDER, and more MOTIVATED than you have ever been before.
Day 1 /Kickin’ to Monday: We are going to give our legs a workout they won’t believe! We’ll do over 200 kicks today in this full on kickin workout! Includes loads of kicks and combination kicks.
Day 2 / Punch it out Tuesday: Today we are going to blast your arms, remember the harder you work the more you will burn! You will do 230 punches in total today!! Let’s do this.
Day 3 / Water Bottle Wednesday: All you need for this workout is a 2 litre water bottle or an old cordial bottle filled with water! Today we are going to work with a little bit of weight and we are pyramid training working from 10 all the way down to 1….
Day 4 / Blast Your ABS Thursday: Today we are onto ABS! You are going to work that core and you are going to feel great! Includes sit-ups, planks, leg holds and more.
Day 5 / Challenge Day – Time to believe in yourself – 15 Minutes: This is it … we are going to combine everything we have done this week and BLAST YOUR BODY!! You are going to push yourself to your limit, you are going to achieve more than you ever thought you could and you are going to be proud!

On our last challenge in April, we had over 1,500 people sign up, but only a few hundred actually started despite loads of reminders and encouragement.
So instead of being free this time, the entire challenge costs £1. It’s not about the money, it’s about saying that we are committed, at least to starting. If we don’t start, we can’t finish!

Our goal is to get your motivation back, to start your return to fitness and health and to get our entire body moving and working again!
While none of us are getting any younger, we can feel younger, healthier, and more flexible. And we can have fun at the same time! This challenge is about kick-starting our journey to feeling better, moving better, sleeping better and looking better.
Over 5 days, we can look forward to moving our entire bodies, strengthing our cores, toning our legs, improving our arms and regaining flexibility. But most importantly we are going to find our motivation and progress towards forming a lasting habit.
This 5-day “Blast Your Body” challenge will strengthen our core, front, back, legs, arms and side muscles to help us firm up our entire body, especially our midsections.

You’ll Just Want to keep going!
Yes, I know, this is a bold statement. But it’s true! We are going to have fun and start slowly, so it’s obvious that we’ll keep going, why wouldn’t we?
The magic happens in a Facebook group; we all give and receive motivation. Isn’t that fantastic? More than 1,400 women joined the last 5-Day challenge in April. The level of positivity and encouragement in the group was off the scale.
Many made it to the end, including lots of ladies who didn’t think they would cross the finish line. But they did it. They surprised themselves, boosted their energy levels, felt great about themselves and, importantly, took a giant step towards a regular routine.
