How to Troubleshoot Login Problems
If you are experiencing problems logging into the community or gaining access. Please take the following steps.
FIRST restart or reboot your device (phone, laptop or PC). Now see if it works.
If it is still not working do the following:
Using your Web BROWSER (Chrome or Safari) not the App.
1. Go to our website and in the navigation make sure that you are LOGGED OUT. You should see a link that says login or logout (https://joannegraham.net/). If it says “Login” go to step 2. If it says “Log out”, click on it and log out.
2. Then, when you are logged out, go to this page and login: https://joannegraham.net/custom-mp-login/. You should use the email and username that you used when signing up for The Shred Team. You should have received an email with your login details when you signed up.
If you have forgotten your password, just click on the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
3. When you are logged in, go to this page: https://community.joannegraham.net/c/start-here/. You might be asked to click a button to confirm one more time, but you should be able to access it.
