Boost Your Mood and Smash Menopause Meltdown in Just 5-Days

Free 5-Day Menopause Mood-Booster Challenge. Starts Nov. 1st.

3 Biggest Differences

Menopause: Momentum vs. Meltdown

Difference #1: Focus

Women with Menopause Meltdown think it’s just something you have to suffer and get through. They don’t have a plan for moving their bodies, getting support or tweaking their diets.

Women with Momentum on the other hand focus on taking simple steps and actions. Those with momentum understand that as little as 15-minutes a day can make a huge difference to how they feel. They also draw on support from others and make small but powerful changes to their diets.

Difference #2: Action

Meltdown means doing nothing to change the situation. Momentum means knowing that nothing comes from nothing. Momentum means understanding the importance of doing something, getting up off the sofa, and getting started.

Difference #3: Symptoms

Those in Menopause Meltdown live in hope that symptoms will pass. Those with Momentum ensure that they do a little something every day to make sure that their symptoms are as mild as possible. They want to feel better, have more energy, and just be more of themselves.

Menopause boost

Is it even possible to boost mood and energy during menopause…

…by exercising for only 15-minutes a day day?

Get Moving and Get Motivated. It’s far easier than you think.

1. Get moving to feel better and boost your energy

Exercise has been scientifically proven to help manage some of the physical changes that take place during menopause. THE most beneficial step I ever made was to start doing a 15-minute shred every morning.

2. Finish the challenge
BOOST Your mood, improve your energy levels and feel good about yourself. This challenge is designed to get you up of the sofa, feeling better about yourself and smashing menopause meltdown.

REMEMBER:
To overcome menopause meltdown you need to get started. Inaction means missing out on all the wonderful benefits of exercise and the opportunity to change some of your diet habits.

What Others are Saying

Real People, Real Results…

Brilliant class run by Joanne who keeps you motivated and gives you lots of encouragement through the workout.  Loving the challenges and definitely feeling the benefit.

Catherine Marshall

This is the best fitness regime I have ever done!  I usually give up but I am still loving it after over a year!  I am so much fitter, stronger  and slimmer and all in just 15 minutes a day!  Fantastic! Jo is great and leads us in a range of varied exercises and always makes me smile.  Such a fab way to start the day and get fitter.

Frances King

I love Jo’s shred. It’s so motivating and really addictive (I never thought I’d say that about exercise).  At only 15 minutes a day it’s really easy to fit into a busy life and it has become a normal part of my daily routine.  Thanks for your support Jo.  You’re a star!

Becky Reed

Just to say thanks to Jo for keeping me doing exercises for 2 months. I have lost one stone and lowered my BP from 137/83 to 128/75.  The doctor is delighted. Not bad for a 74-year-old who had a broken hip last summer.  I just need to keep going now and I am sure I will with your help.  Thanks to the Team
