I’m so excited and delighted with the results from our last full month’s workout. Everyone taking part took their measurements at the start and then reported back with the results 30 days later. I’m so proud of everyone for sticking with it and I’m looking forward to achieving more with everyone in the coming months.

Can 15-Minutes a day really make a difference?
Just 15 minutes a day is all you need to improve your health, feel better and help you get back into shape. It’s fun! My daily shred is simple, down-to-earth and you don’t need any equipment.
My husband and I have spent most of our adult life inspiring kids and adults through our martial arts lessons, and have coached taekwondo in the community now since 1996.
I am a 3rd dan black belt, a marathon runner, fitness instructor and mother of two.
Over lockdown, Jo has been delivering online workouts to the local community with the objective of seeing results in terms of fitness, energy and fat burn. Over the 10 weeks altogether, Joanne is now a stone less heavy and the only thing she has done differently is the easy 15-minute kick-ass workout and stopped eating takeaways.
I’ve been teaching sports and fitness to adults and children since 1996 through our martial arts lessons and kick-ass training program. I’ve taught in schools, gyms, church halls and now at home. Don’t worry, you’re in good hands.
I can hardly believe it myself, but I am a 3rd dan black belt in taekwondo and have been teaching for many years.
I have run a huge number of half and full marathons and was even featured on the BBC after rescuing a fellow runner in the London Marathon.

How it works
It’s incredibly easy to join in. When you register, you get access to our Facebook Shred group.
Every day (apart from Sunday) I do a live shred in the Facebook group. You can either join me live or do it later in the day whenever you have time. You have all the flexibility you need.

Who’s it for?
Anyone can join in, but you’ll probably feel most at home if you’re aged between 40 and 60. I’m edging towards 50 myself now, so you’ll be at home with me.
You just won’t believe what a difference 15-minutes a day can make. Workouts are good for improving mood, boosting energy and getting back in shape. That’s amazing!
